### Scope of Service

- Design Makeover (Adjustments) provides precision image adjustments in Affinity Photo: artifact cleanup, natural retouching, color/tone balancing, perspective/lighting fixes, background or object removals/swaps, and realistic effects to achieve a cohesive, on‑brand look.

- This is a transformation service using your provided assets. No original photography, illustration, or brand strategy is created unless expressly stated.

### Deliverables

- One polished master file (.afphoto unless otherwise agreed) and, on request, one web‑ready variant (PNG/JPG/WebP). Consistent crops for site/marketplace/social/video thumbnail/podcast cover and simple usage notes are included.

- Working files beyond the master, fonts, or licensed stock are excluded unless agreed in writing.

### Client Responsibilities

- Supply high‑resolution assets and clear direction up front. You represent you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions (including likeness/model/property releases) for materials provided.

- Prohibited content: unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing materials.

### Revisions and Change Requests

- Up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions to the delivered concept, limited to fine‑tuning (e.g., minor retouch, color tweaks, minor mask/edge refinements). New concepts, added images, complex compositing, or scope changes are out of scope and quoted separately.

- Provide consolidated revision notes within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the work is deemed accepted.

### Timeline and Communication

- Estimated turnaround is provided at booking and depends on timely inputs and asset quality. Delays in feedback or assets extend timelines. Rush work may incur a surcharge.

### Fees, Payment, and Refunds

- Fixed price or day‑rate as stated in the order/invoice. A deposit may be required; final files are released upon full payment.

- Due to the bespoke nature of the service, fees are non‑refundable once work begins, except where Back Office Guide cancels without cause.

### Acceptance

- Acceptance occurs upon written approval or 7 days after delivery if no material issues are raised. Post‑acceptance changes are new work.

### Usage Rights and IP

- Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non‑exclusive license to use the final deliverables for your business marketing and editorial purposes. Back Office Guide retains all copyrights and moral rights in the edits and any original material created. Third‑party assets remain owned by their licensors.

### Quality and Technical Limits

### Portfolio and Credits

- Back Office Guide may display non‑confidential work for portfolio/marketing unless you opt out in writing before project start or an NDA prohibits it.

### Warranties, Liability, and Indemnity

- Service is provided “as is.” No guarantee of sales, conversions, or specific outcomes. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. You agree to indemnify Back Office Guide against claims arising from your materials, instructions, or unlawful use of the deliverables.

### Subcontracting and Force Majeure
